So long, farewell..

Miss Lilli always finds goodbyes difficult, but this one is especially so.

After 12 fabulous years of dressing you all in Battersea, the time has come to bid a fond farewell and move on to the next exciting chapter of my life. Some of you have been shopping with us from the beginning, and its been a true pleasure meeting you all and making such good friends over the years..

Its very difficult to imagine my life without Lillidiva in it, and it has some very special memories, - thank you all for helping me create it! I'm sure this won't be the end, but for now....

New in to Lillidiva for the season currently masquerading as summer, is Italian collection Studswar. Made of perfectly washed cotton canvas, their chinos and cargos are carefully detailed with studs, and also tanks and even the cutest converse trainers as well..Beautifully comfortable, they are a perfect antidote to days of constantly wearing denim as we wait for dress wearing weather.......

Rain, rain go away....

If like Miss Lilli, you are suffering from rain-fatigue, you could do a lot worse than this cutest Essentiel showerproof jacket, which has a touch of the Chanel about it... So not breaking with with tradition, Miss Lilli awoke to a beautiful grey Easter day...The sort where we all look out the window, close the curtains again and get back into bed with a cup of tea and continue where we left off with the remains of the chocolate.. Miss Lilli had great plans today to walk to the Tate Modern to see the Damien Hirst exhibition, but the effort of throwing together a rainy weather outfit...

However planning ahead for what will undoubtedly be the hottest summer.. (Miss Lilli is concerned - have the Olympic committee thought of this? Its probably the last thing on the list, that we should have a severe heatwave..London is prepared for rioting, beach volleyball in the Mall, and anti-elitist loony swimmers, but did Stella design a Team GB sunhat Miss Lilli panics?)

Anyway, back to avoiding the current grey situation, the new Sonia Rykiel is in, which will help you move out of those greys and navys, and into some hot summer shades .. maybe Hirst and his pickled grey sharks isn't the exhibition to be viewing, but instead the amazing Yayoi Kusama..now there's a lady who definitely doesn't do grey...
